Website availability – whilst we aim to keep all communication with and transactions via our website free from interruption and failure, this cannot be guaranteed at all times. It may be necessary to interrupt the availability of our website without notice for essential maintenance and repair.

You are not permitted to reproduce copy or download (except as expressly permitted) any part of our website, including the course code, which is prohibited by copyright law.


Classic Collection are committed to protecting your privacy, we use the information we collect from your shopping experience to process orders. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). If you agree to join our mailing list then we use the e-mail address you supply, to inform you of updated product information and special offers. What information do we collect?

When you order we need to know your name, shipping address, e-mail address, credit card or debit card number and expiration date and CSS code. This allows us to process your order. When you sign up to our mailing list we only need to know your e-mail address and you will be sent details of new products and special offers in the store.

We try to the best of our ability to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of all our products are correct at any given time. Colour reproduction is as accurate as the photographic production process will allow. All Special Offers are subject to availability.

All goods sold will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their normal intended purpose and free from defects in material workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of their delivery.

*This is a minimum charge; weight dependent in some rare cases the postage charge will be reviewed. We will contact you if this applies. All addresses outside the European Union must email for a postage quotation.

UK Standard delivery All orders for standard delivery will take between 3-5 days.

UK Next working day delivery must be placed before 12 noon GMT

Northern Ireland All orders for Northern Ireland will take between 3-7 working days for delivery

Mainland Europe All orders for mainland Europe are despatched direct from the UK and take between 3-7 working days for delivery

Offshore Islands – All offshore deliveries can take up to 14 working days and are despatched from the UK.

Delivery is subject to stock availability, normally most deliveries are dispatched within 48 hrs however at peak times or when stock is limited delays may occur, at such times please allow 14 days for delivery. You will be advised by email of any expected delays shortly after ordering.

It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only. Courier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect from their depot. If a signatory is not available at your usual address please consider an alternative delivery address where a representative for yourself is available to sign, or designate your workplace as your preferred delivery location. Please note that parcels returned to Classic Collection where a signature could not be obtained, and have not been collected from the couriers depot within seven days will be subject to a £15.00 couriers charge.

Some items are low in stock and due to this we cannot guarantee that the item will be despatched, as there may be a stock discrepancy. You will be notified via email/telephone if this is the case.

Please note that delivery of special orders can take 6-8 weeks from order date. You will be notified as necessary.


Click on the category of the product you need click on the small picture of the product of interest to get the full details. Select the correct size and colour if applicable and type in the quantity of the product you wish to purchase. Click “Add to basket” and this will place the item in your shopping basket. You can return to do more shopping and add more items, and then when you are ready click on checkout where you can print out an order form, or pay online with your credit card.

We also accept all major credit cards and debit cards.


We will provide you with a quotation for export orders, giving carriage / shipping and insurance and price of goods. For deliveries outside the EEC and for BFPO customers this quotation will be exclusive of UK Vat.

We would suggest you place your order as normal, and then click the international postage button in the checkout; we will then email you with a quotation. We will only supply goods for export after the quotation has been accepted (Please ensure we have a correct email address). Or you can email your order and we will reply with the completed quotation including all postage and packaging details.


If you wish to amend any details to your online order, or make a cancellation once it has been confirmed, please telephone 00 44 (0)7770 756760 or email classiccollectionuk@gmail.com stating your amendments or cancellation immediately.

An order may be cancelled without reason but must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Payment for the goods will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods and returned goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt of the goods, and must be returned in a resaleable condition, with all original labels still attached, and returned with all original packaging, please note that the items are your responsibility and must be returned in either a plastic bag or wrapped in paper to protect the packaging that the goods arrived in. The customer will be responsible for all postage costs.

IMPORTANT: If you contact us after the given number of days above, Classic Collection has the right to assume that the order has progressed to completion. You will not have the automatic right of a refund.


Please note that sale items are non refundable. We can exchange if sizes are available or issue a credit voucher.


If you wish to cancel your order for a full refund – minus the delivery and packaging charge you must notify us of your intention within 14 days of receipt of the goods and request a returns reference number. Goods must be received within 28 days of receipt of your goods.  Package goods securely taking all measures possible to prevent damage in transit and return the original packaging to us with all labels still attached to the goods.  Clearly mark the package with the reference number and post to the address below. After this time goods bought in the sale or otherwise can be returned for an exchange or credit voucher only. If you return the order to us for any reason you will have to meet all the postal and packaging costs and any other costs incurred by you in doing so. When sending a return we recommend that you sent it recorded delivery. Please ensure that you have adequate proof of posting, as we will not be liable for any goods that have been lost in transit. Your statuary rights are not affected.

All items must be returned unsoiled and in the same condition as despatched, with original packaging, with all tags and labels attached and not used, and in a resaleable condition, for a full refund to be considered less the postage and packaging. All refunds will be made (within 30 days)

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and we reserve the right not to accept returned goods which have been damaged whilst under your control.


If you find you have a faulty item please return the goods to us at the address below, with a copy of your receipt and a brief note including your name and address and telephone number detailing the fault. We will then evaluate the fault fairly and make good as required. This may include a replacement, a repair or a full refund including postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All goods returned due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection and if necessary the manufacturers inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods. All faulty items will be dealt with within 30 days of receiving.

We will not be liable for any defect arising from fair normal wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the manufacturer’s or our instructions (whether oral or written) on the care for your item, misuse, or alteration or repair of the goods without our approval.

Please note: All goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry, Health and Safety Act 1972.

Goods damaged in transit must be reported immediately by telephone or email, and must also be noted when signing for the goods on the delivery driver’s sheet otherwise no claims can be made and refunds cannot be issued.

Please return goods to the address below within seven working days from date of purchase including a copy of the receipt and a brief note including your telephone number, address and what you would like exchanged. Please note that it will be necessary to charge extra postage to send a replacement item to the customer.

While every effort is made to accurately maintain prices on our website, this is not always possible for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to discontinue any item and or to change prices where necessary.


It is our policy to only charge for in stock items ready for dispatch, items out of stock or to follow will be charged for only at the time of dispatch.



  1. Any product made to measure from information/sizes provided by the customer will be considered as special orders and as such are non-returnable.
  2. Any orders of non stock items i.e. special orders and made to measure items will be charged for at the time of placing the order.
  3. Also special orders of these types placed by Classic Collection on your behalf are non returnable and cannot be exchanged due to not liking the style or if the wrong size is ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Our aim is to deal with any problems and difficulties quickly and fairly. We will do this by: monitoring all complaints and suggestions to help us identify what is going wrong and how we can improve.
